Hi I’m Tasmia.

I’m a brand marketer with a career that has included roles in shopper, e-commerce, and sales to give me a rich perspective on the depth and complexity of brand management. I’ve had the privilege of working on globally-known, household names such as Red Bull, Ziploc and Mrs. Meyers Clean Day to name a few.

Creating is where I find the most fulfillment. Whether it’s building new process or refreshing a brands identity, I enjoy walking through the ambiguity to come out the other side with something better.

I’m originally from New York City and currently based in Charlotte with my husband and our two Siamese cats Leelo and Churro.

Red Bull Digital Shelf Transformation

I led ecommerce marketing for Red Bull North America, overseeing content development, launch readiness, retailer experiences, and commerce media across key retail partners.

PDP Content

Developed and syndicated optimized PDP content across Red Bull's portfolio, translating global assets into US shopper-first experiences through localized copy and imagery for singles, multipacks, and bundles across 30+ retailers, strengthening digital shelf visibility, increasing above-the-fold organic share of voice, and improving on-site conversion.

Below-the-Fold Enhanced Content

Each retailer received bespoke above-the-fold creative tailored to its shoppers, merchandising strategy, and retail environment. This Dick's Sporting Goods example features an active lifestyle illustration that aligned with a concurrent Red Bull × Strava challenge, creating a more relevant and immersive brand experience.

Driving Qualified Traffic Through Retail Media

Beyond the digital shelf, I developed retailer-specific media creative designed to reach shoppers before they arrived on the PDP. By adapting cartoon, lifestyle, and product-led assets to each retail media network, we connected discovery with conversion while reflecting each retailer's audience, objectives, and creative requirements.

Leverage the iconic cartoons in media to bring demand occasions such as Gaming to life on the screen.

Feature lifestyle imagery to inspire customer trial and new usage behavior.

Promote can imagery to drive retail traffic and minimize conversion friction.

US National Launches

I led e-retailer launches for all new Red Bull North America products, ensuring content, creative, retailer experiences, and media assets were developed and deployed in time for launch. This included limited-time offerings such as Amber Edition, Juneberry Summer Edition, Sea Blue Edition, Pear Cinnamon Winter Edition and Curuba Elderflower Summer Edition.

S.C. Johnson Ecommerce Enablement

I led the operationalization of S.C. Johnson North America's eCommerce content strategy, including the development of a content playbook that established a consistent framework for creating high-converting retailer content. The playbook became a foundational resource that informed broader global content standards and best practices. The excerpts below have been selected to illustrate the framework and approach using publicly available examples and do not include confidential strategy or proprietary business information.

Operationalization of Emerging Technology

As part of S.C. Johnson's North American eCommerce Enablement team, my role extended beyond marketing into operationalization. I helped onboard agency and technology partners that were identified to support the organization's growing ecommerce ecosystem, enabling new capabilities across content, analytics, and digital commerce.

Bundle Commercialization

Partnered with brand, sales, and R&D teams to develop eCommerce-exclusive bundles of high-velocity SKUs, identifying profitable product combinations that met shopper needs while strengthening retailer assortments. We also redesigned packaging to withstand the demands of parcel shipping. For several brands, bundles ultimately grew to represent the majority of eCommerce sales volume.

Recipient of the 2019 Trailblazer Award in recognition of this contribution at the North America annual conference.

Commercializing Innovation

Kiwi operated in a mature, declining category, requiring new sources of growth. Working with our global team, I led the U.S. commercialization of an athleisure-focused strategy through new product launches, Kiwi's first national media plan, and the "Success Comes in Pairs" campaign.

I also partnered with our design agency to develop a product portfolio for Kiwi's 1,000+ SKU assortment, creating a strategic selling tool that simplified the product line for brand teams, sales, and retail partners.

Ziploc North America

Recognized an overlooked growth opportunity through social listening by identifying persistent consumer demand for a discontinued product. Influenced senior leadership to approve a relaunch and built a compelling retailer story that secured distribution at priority accounts.

Led the annual Ziploc Holiday program, overseeing a seasonal platform that spanned the broader Ziploc portfolio. Inspired by the role homemade treats play in holiday gifting, we positioned Ziploc storage solutions as part of the gifting experience. The creative and packaging were designed to feel festive and equally appealing to children and adults.
